This tutorial was written for those that have a working knowledge of PSP. Supplies Needed: PSP 9 (any version will work Tube of choice I used artwork by Erica Reis If you would like to use this artwork please visit MPT Sweet Princess Add On Is The Scrap kit I Used By Scraps By Drama Queen Thanks So much Hun Template 72 by Designs By Ali It's free just go grab it and leave her some love Plug In Needed: Eye Candy 400 HSB Noise Font Of Choice: I Used Sassy Frass This is gonna be easy Ready? Open the template by Ali up delete the credit layer Make the Doodles layer active Selections select all float Defloat paste open a paper of choice paste as new layer Selections invert, select none do this for the flower shapes And circles to but make sure you use different papers I add a small gradient glow to my doodle layer Click on the circle layer select all float, defloat selections Modify, select selections border make sure inside is checked Anti-Alias is checked and bordor width is set to 5, add a new raster Layer and fill it with a color of choice now add the following inner bevel  It's time to decorate the tag with all the goodies in the kit Add your tube place where desired add all of the © Info Don't forget your tagger's mark When I did the name I added a small gradient glow 3 different times To the text but this is up to you ready to animate it now? Make the circle layer active select it then apply the following HSB Noise to it  Select none copy merge paste into animation shop as new animation Back to psp edit undo one time apply the same filter again but hit Random seed button one time take to animation shop, do this one more time View your animation if you are happy save!
