This tutorial was written for those that have a working knowledge of PSP. Supplies Needed: PSP 9 (any version will work) Tube of choice I used artwork by Keith Garvey If you would like to use his artwork please visit MPT Mask's By Chelle Weescotslass TutorialsThanks Hun! Bella Love Kit By Tamie Font I Used: Love Ya Like A Sister Supplies here Okay Let's Get Started! Open a new image 700x700 white background Open a paper of choice place it as new layer Apply the WSL_Mask327 merge group Open a frame of choice paste as new layer select inside it Paste another paper of choice as new layer move under the frame Layer selections invert delete select none now place the Tube you are using as new layer postion it where you want it To set apply the following drop shadow to it  Now open the roses up resize as needed paste as new layer Erase the stem line it up with the frame see my tag for example Duplicate it image - mirror merge down now move this layer Just below your tubr layer make the mask layer active paste another Paper of choice as new layer apply the WSL_Mask344 merge group Now resize this layer about 90% if wanted Add all of the rest of the element's you want to now please Use the same drop shadow as before but do not use it on the feathers :o) Select the layer that you have just under your frame duplicate The paper layer and resize 80% now apply the following Alien Skin Xenofex 2 Shatter settings are :   Now add your name and use the same drop shadow as we used before That's it we are done!
