Apply it again same settings as above
Back on the frame layer we need to apply the following
Drop shadow to it


Now open the tube you are going to use paste as new layer
Under the frame layer now duplicate it and move this layer
Just above the frame layer now click on the frame layer select it
Selections- Select All- Float- DeFloat- Invert
Grab the eraser tool and erase the top tube everywhere that you
Don't want it to show outside of the frame now deselect apply the
Same drop shadow as we used before to both tubes and if you have
Dark spots showing on the top tube erase them now just clean it up a bit

Now add any and all the element's that you wish to use adding the
Same drop shadow as before to them!
Once you have done that then apply your name using what color you wish
Convert to raster layer Selections- Select All- Float- DeFloat
Modify contract by 1 Paste a paper of choice over top the text Selections
Invert delete select none then add the drop shadow to both text layers
That's it we are done!
